Wine For Your Toddler
A dinner out in California took a wild turn when a toddler was accidentally served wine instead of apple juice, sending her on a wobbly, tipsy adventure that landed her in the ER!
It all started when Noemi Valencia and her partner decided to enjoy a family night out at Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant in Salinas. Their 2-year-old daughter was served what they thought was apple juice, but things quickly got weird. The little girl started swaying, stumbling into walls, and slurring her words like she’d had one too many – which, as it turned out, she actually had!
Suspicious, Valencia took a peek into her daughter’s sippy cup and discovered the brownish-red liquid inside was no innocent juice – it was alcohol! Panic set in as they rushed their toddler to the hospital, where doctors revealed her blood alcohol level was 0.12, nearly twice the legal driving limit for adults. Looks like this little one’s “juice” was more like a cocktail.
The restaurant’s manager later admitted that a server mistakenly gave the child house-made cooking wine, which had been mislabeled as apple juice. Talk about a labeling disaster!
The toddler has since recovered, and now state officials are joining local authorities in investigating how this mix-up happened.

Did you see the AI-generated image that Donald Trump shared on Truth Social? It was of Swift fans supposedly backing him, but the image was totally fake. Swift’s been critical of him in the past, so it’s clearly misinformation!
But to help you, researchers pointed out obvious AI giveaways like overly smooth faces and weird backgrounds. (More)
