Tuesday’s here, and so is your daily dose of everything you never knew you needed.
Today, we’re mapping out the best (and worst) states to retire in.
Meanwhile, a new app is literally forcing people to walk before they scroll, KFC now has its own private jet service, and Mark Zuckerberg might be thirsting after Kim Kardashian (yes, really).
Buckle up - this one’s a ride.
📌These are the best US states to retire
Many Americans worry about retirement finances, especially since 20% of those aged 50+ have no savings. However, a Gallup poll found that 74% of retirees live comfortably.
Best states for retirement
Florida – No state income tax or senior funding programs, but rising homeownership costs.
Minnesota – Excellent healthcare access, many nursing homes, and home health aides.
Colorado – Outdoor-friendly lifestyle, a high percentage of seniors in good health.
📌And these are the worst states
Kentucky – Low affordability, poor healthcare, and high senior poverty rate.
Louisiana – Warm climate but low quality of life and limited healthcare access.
Mississippi – Affordable but ranks last in quality of life and has rising senior poverty.

📌 This app locks you out of social media until you go for a walk
Tried everything to cut down your screen time but keep falling back into the scroll? Steppin might just be the fix you need.
Created by Kayak co-founder Paul English, this iOS app makes you earn your screen time - literally. For every 100 steps you take, you unlock a minute on restricted apps like Instagram or TikTok. Walk more, scroll more. Simple.
After a week of using it, one tester shaved nearly two hours off their daily screen time and felt way more refreshed in the mornings.
The catch? It takes willpower not to override the limits, and some users might just switch to other apps instead.
Right now, Steppin is free on the App Store, with a $20 annual subscription planned.

⚠️ Men are now suffering from a new disease
Muscle dysmorphia, or “bigorexia,” is becoming a big issue - especially for boys - but not many people talk about it.
It’s a type of body dysmorphia where someone becomes obsessed with getting more muscular, even if they already look like a bodybuilder. This can lead to extreme workout routines, strict dieting, and even steroid use.
The problem? It often goes unnoticed because society tends to encourage these behaviors in gyms and sports.
📌 Japan is planning to give US $1,000,000,000,000
All thanks to a meeting between Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba and President Trump.
The two leaders spent nearly two hours discussing everything from defense and trade to regional politics.
Japan has already been the biggest investor in the U.S. for five years straight, and this move is set to take things to another level.
Trump mentioned that Japan plans to double its defense spending by 2027 and hinted at Nissan making some big moves with U.S. Steel - though instead of buying it outright, they’ll be investing heavily.

📌 KFC now has its own private jet service...
Meet Zing Air, KFC’s very own private jet, flying lucky Super Rugby fans to away games in style. If you thought their Gravy Train was wild, this takes things up a notch.
Here’s how it works:
Order through the KFC app, add a free boarding pass, and you might just score an all-expenses-paid trip to one of five Super Rugby matches, including a semi-final.
Winners are picked lottery-style, so it’s all about luck (and maybe some extra finger-lickin’ good karma).
📌 Oh, is Mark Zuckerberg trying to date Kim Kardashian?
He posted a photo wearing Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses and a hoodie that said “Kim is my lawyer,” tagging Kris Jenner.
Casual promo or desperate attempt to get noticed? The vibe is definitely the latter.
Lately, the Kardashians have been getting cozy with Elon Musk - Kim hyping Tesla, Khloé launching a podcast on X - so maybe Zuck is trying to stake his claim in their billionaire circle.
And let’s be real, he’s been leaning into the horny tech bro aesthetic lately, from sitting next to Lauren Sánchez to whatever this is.
