Hey hey,
It’s Monday, and while your coffee kicks in, I’ve got something a little more exciting than your to-do list.
We’re heading to Hollywood.
This edition is your quick, drama-free (well, almost) roundup of what’s buzzing in the land of red carpets, remakes, and celebrity chaos.
From new releases to eyebrow-raising announcements, this is your front-row seat to everything actually happening behind the glitz and glam.
No gossip. Just good stories.
Let’s roll the reel
📌 Kristen Stewart just got married
The Twilight star tied the knot with longtime partner Dylan Meyer in a cozy, low-key ceremony at their Los Angeles home this past Sunday. The couple grabbed their marriage license just last week and wasted no time saying “I do.”
The intimate wedding included a few close friends, and Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis were among the guests who witnessed the sweet moment.
Kristen and Dylan’s love story has been years in the making. They first met on a movie set in 2013, but sparks didn’t fly until 2019, right after Kristen’s breakup with Stella Maxwell. They got engaged in 2021, and Kristen revealed on Howard Stern that Dylan was the one who popped the question.
In a 2023 interview, Kristen even hinted at future baby plans, so it seems the couple is all-in for their next chapter.
📌 Why is everyone worried about Justin Bieber?
Justin Bieber’s recent appearance at Coachella 2025 has left fans more worried than wowed.
In a TikTok video that quickly went viral, the “Peaches” singer was seen smoking what appeared to be a joint while hunched over and vibing to his own 2015 hit “What Do You Mean?” at a private party near the festival.
Another clip showed Bieber shirtless, moving erratically to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” While some chalked it up to him just letting loose, others weren’t convinced.
“I’m sorry but he doesn’t look OK, he’s not just ‘having fun,’” one fan commented.
“He’s definitely under some hard influence.”
Another added, “He needs better friends by [his] side.”
This isn’t the first time Justin’s behavior has sparked concern. Back in February, he was seen swaying strangely at wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode pop-up. While his rep slammed the drug rumors as “exhausting and pitiful,” those close to the star aren’t as dismissive.
“He’s lost,” said a former team member. “There’s no one protecting him… You say no, you get blown out.”
Bieber's current team calls it clickbait.
📌 ‘Minecraft’ movie closes in on $1 billion club
So, “A Minecraft Movie” is smashing it - literally and figuratively.
After just three weekends, it’s racked up a jaw-dropping $720 million worldwide, with $100 million of that coming just over Easter.
Jack Black and Jason Momoa might be pixelated on-screen, but their impact is very real. If it keeps going at this pace, Minecraft could soon be the first movie of the year to hit $1 billion. Yup, it’s already the top-grossing film of 2025.
Meanwhile, “Sinners” - a moody 1930s vampire flick from Black Panther director Ryan Coogler starring Michael B. Jordan (as twin brothers, no less), sank its teeth into the box office too.
It earned a strong $61 million globally in its debut, led by a $45.6 million opening in North America.
Critics and audiences are also loving it (hello, 98% Rotten Tomatoes score!), though it still has a bit to go to break even with its $90 million production cost.
📌 Oh, and meet Chanel's new face
Kendrick Lamar, Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper and cultural icon, is now officially Chanel’s latest ambassador. The French luxury house is kicking off this new partnership with a sleek eyewear campaign, launching tomorrow.
“Chanel has a timeless legacy and that is always something I can get behind,” Lamar shared.
This new role feels like a fresh chapter, especially after a year of headline-making rap beefs. His choice to front Chanel’s eyewear line, one of the few gender-fluid categories they offer, seems fitting. It’s stylish, classic, and way more accessible than their $10k handbags.
